Are the items sold on VG UNITED HANDMADE really handmade?

Yes! All orders are hand made by us and customized to the size that you request.

How long does it take to complete an order?

Generally for VG UUNITED Handmade, we need 3 days to finish all orders and then they are sent to your address directly from our home using standard shipping via USPS.

For all other items, orders are processed in 3 business days and may take up to 2 weeks for shipping. 

*Please note that we have warehouses all over the world therefore if you order multiple items, they may arrive at different times.**

My purchase is damaged, what do I do?

If things go wrong for any reason, here's what you can do. All damaged items must be returned with the original invoice and in the condition in which you received it. Indicate on the back of the invoice, or in an attached letter, why you are returning the item(s) so we can send you a replacement.

How do refunds work?

All refunds, not including refunds for shipping charges, will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We will do everything we can to refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by email.

I'm not satisfied with my order.

If you are not satisfied with our service please accept our sincere apologies. we are a small "Mom & Pop" shop striving for excellence but sometimes things do happen. Please feel free to email us and we will do everything in our power to replace, repair, rebuild, repackage and resend so that you are content and able to wear your VG UNITED wares with pride.
